With a kick-off at or for ( as in a full show away from the games) the London Games???
I don't see them doing a Freddie Mercury "London Gold" thing
...leave that to
the international Superheavies...they need some more cred IMO
and that could do it for them

EDIT: July 12...the Stones' anniversary is about 2 weeks before the games begin...
It can (and should!!) be done...with a  satellite feed and fireworks show!!
