Yeah...I saw this last week...i asked about it through some friends in DC who work at Verizin Center...they said its a broker from Maryland, squatting on the name...and they just want to gather your info to blast you with email/spam etc...
Once you reply w/ your info...this is what you get back:
Thanks for your reply on our ticket request site.
The tour has not been signed by The Stones as of this date, but we are in close touch with people handling the affair and are positive that they will be signing a farewell tour during the 2012 year. This will be the 50th anniversary of their musical career together, and it's the most opportune time considering that they're pushing 70 years old, to say goodbye to everyone. So were sure it's going to happen.
Once the tickets go on sale, we're prepared to purchase 100 tickets to the show, whether that be at FedEx Field in Washington DC, M & T Bank Stadium in Baltimore or Lincoln Financial Field in Philadelphia. We feel like it'll probably be FedEx Field, however nothing is for sure until the agreements are signed.
Once we have the tickets will be happy to provide you with the venue location seating chart, seats that we have available and the pricing. Were insured to have some of the best seats in the house regardless of which venue they play.
Thanks for coming on board and you will definitely be the first one notified once we have the tickets in hand.
Bit of a backtrack from their original ad.
Basically, they reckon the Stones will tour and that it'll be the last time because of their age, and that while they dont know where and when they're playing, they reckon it'll probably include a stadium gig in or around the DC/Philly part of the east coast.
What a bunch of fuckin' Einsteins, eh?
Oh, and they'll have an arrangement with the local promoters/ticket agencies which means that they'll buy up 100 top tickets, depriving fans of getting a fair crack at doing so themselves, which they'll re-sell to you for a vastly inflated price. But dont call them scalpers!
