go to Itunes, and go to UK store, and do a search for Some Girls and you can preview about 90 seconds of all the new songs.

Seems to be a LOT of 2011 vocals on these songs.

On a brief listen (I stand to be corrected)

Claudine - the classic rockabilly version that we all know and love. Seems to have a double-tracked  vocal though, although I still think its from 1977-78.

So Young - the '94 take, I think. Seems to be extra harmony vocals.

Do You Think I Really Care - 2011 vocal with some new lyrics. Had I never been exposed to the Some Girls outtake, I'd have probably loved it, but the original is better.

When You're Gone - quite evidently a new vocal. And not a good one either. From the 'Watching the River Flow' school of over-enunciation.

No Spare Parts - new vocal, but a really good job on this one. Its divided opinion, but I much prefer this version in every way.

Dont Be a Stranger - calypso-flavoured song previously bootlegged as 'Do You Get Enough' and 'Lucky In Love', but with new vocals and lyrics. Good harp from Sugar Blue.

We Had It All - I might be wrong, but I think this may be a different vocal than the one thats been bootlegged. (Compare how Keith sings the word 'man' in the 'when I was your man' line). However, its a 1979 outtake, not a Some Girls one, so a point off for cheating. Great to see it released eventually though, as its a gem.

Tallahassee Lassie - not a 'Some Girls' outtake, but comes from the session at RCA Studios, Hollywood a month after the tour ended. A fun romp. This sounds more finished than the bootlegged version (Mick's singing on-mike unlike the version we've heard before) and there are some handclaps.  Maybe a different take?

I Love You too Much - More complete take than the one thats been bootlegged. New vocal, I think, but Mick seems to have pulled it off well on this one.

Keep Up Blues - Havent had a chance to check whether this vocal has been added to one of the many Some Girls instrumental outtakes yet. Good bluesy workout with some excellent harmonica.  Reminds me of 'Stop Breaking Down' a little. I think its a 2011 vocal, but I'm not sure.

You Win Again - The bootlegged version's vocal was unusable, so I was hoping there would be a more finished vocal take from 1978. Seemingly not, as this is another 2011 vocal. Mick duetting with himself again.

Petrol Blues - sounds like the original. God knows why they chose to release this, though.

'Keep Up Blues' is 'Some People Tell Me' with new lyrics, harmonica and vocals.

According to a few folks on IORR who have listened and compared, 'I Like It too Much' is a Some Girls era vocal thats been bootlegged before, although 'it does sounds different' .

'Tallahassee Lassie' and 'We Had It All' are both from 1978 and 1979 as I thought - but different takes to what's already been bootlegged.

'Claudine' and 'So Young' have indeed had harmony vocals added ('So Young' is the 1994 lead vocal).

I think if you just change your country's default settings to UK it might work...

Yup, that's it, thanks!

So Young was perfectly fine as it was.

Keep Up Blues and Love You Too Much sound pretty great.

I think Petrol Blues is on there as a kind of lark, a little send-off. Kind of like the snippet of Stu's boogie-woogie on Dirty Work.

It is criminal that So Young is even here, as it has been released before.
There are several other tracks which could have been cleaned up & put out.
Another example of the Stones providing crumbs.
All of this having been said, the track samples do sound good.

Yeah...or even the Soul Survivor nonsense lyric version thats on the Exile bonus disc.

Love You Too Much and Tallahassee Lassie are the same takes as the bootlegged versions...just better mixed.

I've only just scrolled down the previewed tracks far enough to notice that there are two versions of 'So Young' - the second being a 'piano version' (presumably this is a download exclusive?)

I don't have Itunes and can't hear them. Some of these reviews have me concerned.

Yes.  I did not see that track Sunday, only yesterday.
All of the piano does not sound like Stu.
How many versions of So Young do we need?

There's also a video of Miss You there.

I would've taken reggae cut of Start Me Up, which while it probably was 1st cut earlier than Some Girls sessions, was given another run thru during Some Girls sessions.  I would've taken this, or Fiji Jim over over another take of So Young, let alone two takes of So Young.  Jagger must love So Young, as now there will be three released versions.  It's good, but not three versions good.
