My answers,

November 2001
Two avatars (someone swiped my first then left the board), while someone else unsuccessfully tried to steal my name, which is actually mine. Believe me, when I was a kid I was the ONLY Zack in the universe. Now every third little boy is a Zack.

Most infamous: Pavlov's Dog? Demon Life? Joey? Ouch!

Tom L for sure - we know him from the BTB official site from early '98. He was on this site when it was still called Goin' Home (we didnt change ownership and name until March 1999). Stonesdoug too, obviously.

Lefty perhaps from around then too, although he didnt post as regularly back then.
