any dates on this yet?.....i'm sure it will outweigh Super heavy by a few tons.....maybe they can re-do some of the out takes to make them more current....like instead of Claudine re-name it Lindsey for Lohan!

No specifics on a release date, believe it's tentatively scheduled for the fall...

There's no release date yet and the content hasn't been confirmed.

It was originally mooted for September, but I'd say thats optimistic.

There will be extra songs - yes - Keith even confirmed in an interview a week or so ago that they were going through the tapes to put it together. Whether the songs will be left in their original form, have overdubs added or will be a mixture of the two is only speculation at this point (my hunch is the latter), but what advantage it does have over the Exile tapes is that a) there were far more songs recorded and b) they're more likely to be in an advanced stage of completion. With Exile they were adding songs on as filler to make up a double LP and most of the vocals werent done until the overdub sessions in LA, so there was always likely to be very few finished, unreleased songs in the vaults.

They recorded over 40 songs for 'Some Girls' and whilst most probably werent finished, there's a good chance that several were, or were pretty close to being completed.
