On either 3 or 5 March, 1951, the "first rock and roll song" was recorded at Sun Studios in Memphis, Tennessee.

OKAY...I get that...but when did The DJ Allen Freed first say the words..."Rock and Roll" ?

Sometime in 1951 according to WIKI...

Ok, evidently The Dominoes recorded a song, "Sixty Minute Man" in Feb.  of 1951. It wasn't released until May of that year...when Alan Freed began playing it, he realized how suggestive the lyrics were. The term "rock and roll" were in the song, so, about a month later {that would have been June 1951}, Freed started using the term "Rock and Roll" to placate those who were prejudiced against "race records".
