Today I do not even know why I pulled out my vinyl album aftermath. and then input the vamp with the best intro in  the world made by  Stu on piano , yes Get me on Fly n° 505 cause it's High & Dry working on!
Such a great ,great album , maybe the first that push me right in Stones Music for the rest of my life .maybe i'm an old fan , 53 tomorow , but the sound is still the same today , before midnight rambler and sympathy , the first ever song for me is Goin home , what a slap on the longest piece of that era, full of sensuality and intensity.
I just want to thanks these boys to have changed my life forever , i hope they will do another tour just for that kind of Magic they plan around them .

Just sit down and listen to Aftermath !!

stu watching how stupid we are LOL

“What rap did that was impressive was to show there are so many tone-deaf people out there,” he says. “All they need is a drum beat and somebody yelling over it and they’re happy. There’s an enormous market for people who can’t tell one note from another.” - Keef

Aftermath has been the soundtrack to my Saturday housecleaning for years - turned up loud enough to be heard over the roar of the vacuum...

Aftermath, and OUT OF OUR HEADS for the Stones, Rubbersoul and Revolver for the Beatles. Beautiful things were happening.

Me too!  I play Aftermath far more than anything else.  On analogue vinyl of course!  A great LP to test out your high end hifi setup.  But when it comes to Out Of Our Heads the songs are wonderful but the recording quality is dire.  Net result my ears just get irritated.
