Gazza I would completely agree. It's lost on a vast majority of fans just how great the early stuff is. Which is why my immediate thought was Aftermath.

I'm going to say Steel Wheels isnt appreciated by some of the Stones community, not listened to much. This song is good to play to a new lover.
