If the Stones could put together such awesome costume photo shoots for the Beggar's launch as pictured above, then the one used on the Hot Rocks sleeve, (which was a bit later I presume), why did they insist on that shitty toilet cover for such a great album?   Something from a session like this, which was obviously too late to use if it was the album launch,  would have suited so much better.

My hatred for the toilet cover is well known.  I use the RSVP cover on my iPod.

Really like that header pic, yeah, Beggar's was not released for a very long time due to the fight with Decca over the toilet cover, I'll go along with previous post that any of these would make a better cover, they did use it on the inside, but it was held up for quite a long time, I remember that, & then it came out with the white cover.

Funny how Keith doesn't mention any of that in his book. I would of rather heard about that than Mick's tiny todger.
