They had also better slash the size and scope of the federal government, and start putting people back to work. Pdog, the Republicans most certainly did win control of the House! But they did much more than that. Governorships, state House and Senate seats, state and municipal offices, state council seats all over the country, mayoral races, school board seats, freeholders, ombudsmen seats..........

Republicans also just won the chance to draw up redistricting maps from one side of the nation to the other.

In other words, exactly what I said would happen has, indeed, happened. Whether the liberals on this board like it or not Obama has just set the Democrat Party back for decades! This is a very good thing. The real Democrats need to take back their party from these Marxist interlopers. Where are all of today's JFK's or Truman's? No, today we get socialist policies pushed by a radical left wing of the Dem Party that has all but destroyed the good name of yesterday's Democrats.


Last night was the worst night for Democrats since 1948, and you can try and spin it all you want, but I called it two years ago, and I was 100% right, and I didn't even go to Harvard!


Worst night for Dems in 62 years, and some people are desperately trying to spin it has something that it is not. Here's what last night made very very very clear. Americans completely reject the far left lurch of Obama/Reid/Pelosi. Will Obummer do what Clinton did, and move to the center? My guess? No. He is nowhere near as pragmatic as Clinton was. He actually believes that he is the smartest guy in any room that he's in. He's not, and he never has been. Regardless of what some elites would love to believe. He's the product of his upbringing, his radical professors at Harvard, and his Marxist associates.


He's a one term Marxist chump.


Just like I always said he would be.

We already have term limits.  Senate terms are six years; House terms are two years.  If the voters want to reelect their Senator or Representative in perpetuity, who are you to deny them that choice?  Should corporate CEOs also have term limits?  So-called term limits result in rookie legislators being controlled by veteran lobbysits.  That is why corporate interests like the term limits idea.

My predictions were pretty clear, and if I could access the old politcal thread in the archives I would happily cut and paste the posts where I made them.

However, just to reiterate. I said many times that the only positive aspect of Obama's 2008 victory was that he would destroy the Democrat Party because of his far left agenda. I made it very clear that he would push and un-Ameican agenda (read-Euro-socialism/Marxism), and that his party would pay the ultimate price for that idiocy. I never made any predictions concerning individual House or Senate races. But make no mistake, the Democrats have been damaged very badly (worst since the mid 1940's in fact!) and it all started with the arrogance of the three headed monster and their inability to listen to the will of the American people. "We have to pass the bill so you can see what's in it." ROTFLMMFAO!!! C-ya Nancy!

So, you know, I was spot on with those predictions.

This is rich. George Bush's lowest moment as president was  Kanye West calling him a racist. So 9/11,2 wars, hurricane Katrina the economy tanking on his watch were nothing. But some stupid pop stars comments were. Can we pass a constitutional amendment to allow this guy back in office. This is the greatness this country needs to get back on track.
