This is a Jean-Marie Périer picture.
It was shot in Marseilles at "Le Ruhl", a seaside restaurant and hotel, on march 30th 1966 during the few hours break between show 1 and show 2 (after that, Mick was wounded on stage by a piece of wood).

I'm living just 30 miles from Marseilles.
The band came here only 3 times in 48 years, so the archives are very rare and it's not difficult to know the little stories behind each local pictures.
(maybe more than 3 times...other times in 1971 ? Short trips from Nellcôte for buying strong stuff ?)
