The course of true love never did run smooth.

But 11 years and a series of unsuccessful dates since her split from Mick Jagger, it seems Jerry Hall has finally found 'The One'.
She has refused to name her new boyfriend, but was spotted hand-in-hand with a male companion in the South of France.

Wearing a wide-brimmed sun hat, sunglasses and a white shirt, Miss Hall looked the picture of contentment as she strolled in the sunshine with her mystery man.

He wore a bright floral shirt and patterned shorts as the pair visited the beach last week.
Miss Hall dated film producer George Waud, banker Tim Attias, explorer Benedict Allen and cricketer Shane Warne after splitting from Jagger in 1999 - but has stayed single for the past seven years to concentrate on the four children she had with the rock star.

In an interview with the Daily Mail's Weekend magazine on Saturday, she revealed she had found love again after some 'dark times' and admitted 'I don't think I've ever been happier'.

She said: 'I suppose I hadn't met The One until now. But I believe all the things that happen to you in life help you become the person you are.

'I probably wasn't in the right emotional place to meet the right man for me. I think I have now and it's great.'
She did not name her new boyfriend, but described him as 'perfect' and admitted she was looking for a different kind of man to Jagger.

She said: 'I suppose, when you're younger, you are looking for an alpha male with lots of testosterone.

'Mick was very, very charismatic and very funny, but he was also the eternal dissatisfied adolescent. He was so irreverent and loose. But I stopped looking for that in men - priorities change.

'There are so many things you don't really care about that you did when you were younger. You become less picky about superficial things. When you are younger you are more like "I want someone who's tall and handsome". There's always a list.'

She added that 'companionship' and 'someone who cares for you' were now her priorities.

The actress, who stripped naked for parts in The Graduate and Calendar Girls, added that she 'truly' felt the last part of her life was going to be 'all good', admitting that divorcing Jagger had been 'heartbreaking'.

I hope he is 'the one', so Jerry can move on and stop talking about every detail of her life with Mick. IMO, that TMI modus operandi during her years with Jagger was a big part of why his legend lost some of its mystique and interestingness. I was obsessed with those details when i was younger, but i it doesn't mean i needed to read about it in People magazine. And I did.... but I cringed.

No man will ever replace MICK, it's impossible and she knows it. Jerry needs companionship and male attention, and this new guy may be nice and probably treats her like gold, but cant compare to MICK. I hope they find happiness, love and have really hot sex together! She's well overdue to finally let go of the MICK heartbreak. True love never completely dies, it goes dormant after a while. IMO. The best way to get over someone is by finding a replacement! She sure took a long time to find someone so good luck to them!!
