Yeah the Stones fling arcoss the Americas in a Starship complete
with a mini bar satellite tv landing on middle America selling their
wares and offending the city council and inticing the sheriff
getting the town folk all hot and bothered with that there thing
beneath the petal stage.

The Ladies Auxiliary were shouting to
the heavens or to anyone who will listen that the fix is in, that the
sky is falling The mayor made a statement “Rock n Roll and the cops of America,
everybody just doing their job taking care of their sector nothing
to see here move along”

But sooner or later
The Stones tour of the Americas will land
in this nice town! and when it hits it's
gonna be the shit-storm of all time.

By the time nineteen hundred and seventy five came around
I had already seen the Stones
I was in the 14th grade . I was hungry for the Stones .

Ronnie’s Book “On April 26 we all flew to New York and checked
in with phony names Mick and Charlie stayed at the Plaza Central Park
south using the names Michael Benz and Charlie Ford. Me, Keith ad bill
checked into Pierre on 5th Ave. Keith as Mr. Bently, Bill Austion and
Ronnie Morris. Billy Preston was with us too using the name
Billy Hillman. Please note which tow people got named after really
expensive cars and how the rest of us were named after old bangers. “

A press conference was scheduled to launch the tour in Manhattan
they needed a gimmick something catchy > Charles remembered
the old Harlem jazz bands used to advertise their shows by playing
in the streets on flatbed trucks

trying giving away tickets to see The Rolling Stones,”

the Stones. Everybody white. And they even got the Chinese
and the Mexicans, too.

Finally the call was made the phone rang all the listeners
standing by their phones listening on, still no answer
Wolfman went on to another phone number he dialed
it over the air the phone rang and rang and rang.

( My Uncle Benny actually won RS tickets from a radio station, and took me to the show ,'75. He was my favorite uncle after that.)

and his drunken reprobates, I don't have any photos of them

When I read about the evils of drinking, I gave up reading.

My uncle still insist “Ringo could have been a Rolling Stones
but Charlie could never be a Beatles”
so there only would of been three Beatles, Pauly shine in with
his wisdom “ I never like the Beatles after John shacking up
with that Yoko she broke up the Beatles “ Jimmy,
uncle Benny’s drummer or rather uncle Benny was Jimmy’s singer,
turned back ‘Ridculous who cares anyways?” Uncle Benny started
pointing his finger at Jimmy steering with the other swaying along
all the while “ If it wasn’t for the Beatles there would be no Rolling Stones”
Pauley agreed noting “ If there’s no Beatles then the Rolling Stones
are the Beatles.” Jimmy was about to right cross Pauley but instead
took the hash pipe away from him “No the Beatles are the Beatles
and the Stones are still the Rolling Stones get-it?”

WHY?! On earth would Woody go back to the Rod he’s a pillow biter you
know his knickers are spotty!
we caught him at the supermarket trying fruit on he was tussling with a banana!

The band arrived in N.Y. to prepare Keith was taken

themselves as FBI agents and flashed their cards,

Keith said that the agents claimed that General Motor
was sponsoring this tour
and millions of dollars were at stake.
He said they knew he was addicted
to heroin and that there were people who’d
like to see him busted and therefore
they were going to supply him with though dope
so that he wouldn’t have to take any drugs
offered to him by anyone else.

Keith said the agents were as good as their word .

Carefully delineated lines of cocaine and heroin on the
amplifiers were available during the show
and any roadie who put his flashlight on them
was fired The heroin lines were for Keith and Woody
exclusively, while the coke was for the rest of
the band

Keith and Ronnie
also smoked “dirty fags’—heroin laced cigarettes."

Ronnie put his mark on the tour early, made himself
indispensable worked hard to fit in got people
drinks. Manic laughter I the tunning room before shows
did wonders for the Stones

And there's a superb rehearsal shot of the band too. Jagger back to camera, but faced turned sideways, grinning at Ronnie who is pulling an awesome face.
