All you need to do is just eat LOTS more fruits and vegetables and some lean protein (salmon or chicken) NO CARBS and drink tons and tons and tons of water and lemon juice. IN THE MORNING, make a shake out of blueberries, a banana and some skim milk drink that. it will really fill you up and take some High dose vitamins and walk or run 3 miles a day and you will lose 15 lbs by August for sure.
I would alternate the morning shake w/ a good bowl of oatmeal...the plain kind and add a tablespoon of real maple syrup, honey, or fresh fruit for added flavor w/o gross store bought flavored oatmeal...10 times cheaper and 100 times healthier
Adding as well as a small salad mid afternoon w/o the creamy dressing...instead use nice homemade raspberry or red wine vinaigrette...
my goal is to get down to 190 (86Kilo) by the start of August...3 months ago i was 211 (96k) and I am now 197 (89.5k)...at 6'1"...my doctor said/recommended 195 is more realistic...but i can get to 190 or reeeeeeal close.

I just quit the alcohol it was not serving me financially, emotionally, weight wise and I was sick of feeling like shit the next day & what it did to my friends and I was like Fuck it. goodbye & good riddance & haven't really missed it frankly. why feel tired and sleepy I want to Wake UP
