You don't have to list the menial work, in NYC, most of the finest restaurants you go to, all ethnic levels, the Mexicans run the entire kitchen. From Head Chef, sous chef, line workers, prep and dishwashers.

I find it funny that this country is trying to keep out the most dedicated and hardest workers out there, not to mention the close strong family unit.

Besides, we're all illegal immigrants in this country. Hate, lies and deception in Washington DC concern me a helleva lot more then people looking for a better future for themselves and their family!

Mexico is a mess with the drug cartels running things. I'd flee too. A quicker less costly form of immigration would actually help the US economy and get more people on the tax rolls. Many work much harder at menial jobs than long term residents who have worked their way down to those jobs. Killing people is never the answer and people that advocate that are jaded and as much a pervert as anyone who molests a kid imo. (off my soap box now)

I'm all for immigration providing that it is done legally, and that everyone waits in the same line to get in. You want to see some draconian immigration laws? Then look no further than Mexico's own law! What Arizona is doing is simply mirroring the current US federal law that has been on the books for decades. In fact, the federal law is more restrictive than the Arizona law is. The only reason that so many people are up in arms about it is because the leftists open borders crowds , and groups like La Raza know full well that unlike the federal government, Arizona will enforce this law! And God bless them for it! Note capital G.
