Great to see everybody Alive and Kicking!!  Thanks for the pics Ellen.  Good times.

WOW what a great night in the city! No traffic, perfect weather and I got a free parking spot right outside! As I got there I realized I forgot my ticket at home. The bouncer at the door said I might not get in but thankfully I saw Michele Clark and she told the person at the door I was on the list. Thanks Michele! The place is small and nice, with unisex bathrooms which I dont really like but oh well, you gotta do what you gotta do. Alex was Dj-ing and played NO Rolling Stones songs, but she played a cool old version of Harlem Shuffle, some raggee, and mostly older songs, nothing hip hop or trendy. She and her cool friends were dancing at the side of stage during Bernard's show. Fans. KEEF and Patty got there about 30 minutes before the gig started, came in thru a back entrance, headed straight to the VIP area and sat behind the DJ booth. Everyone was excited to see him and Patty, both wearing big smiles greeting some people. KEEEEEEEEF shouts from the crowd got us a wave and a nod. They sat at a table and a waitress brought an ice bucket with a few bottles that looked like orange soda, vodka and wine. They were so cool to watch I couldnt help staring at them but people were saying leave them alone and dont take too many pictures so most of the crowd acted cool. He saw me staring at him and he glanced at me and I waved and smiled and made some silly gestures and he smiled back at me, almost laughing at me making an ass of myself. I was so happy, and just about  everybody was smiling from ear to ear! It was a GREAT show by Bernard and his band sounded better than ever! Bernard is a serious man! Waddy is great and so is the whole band, they really put on a rocking show and Bernard gave a respectful shout out to KEEF saying thanks to his boss for showing up. He had a bunch of friends and family there too so the place was jumping! It was very cool. No I didnt get any autographs but I was really happy to be there. At least a dozen of my friends were there so we were right up front rocking out to the show and screaming, cheering, clapping, arm-waving, fist-pumping, hip-shaking and dancing!

 

That's fabulous...Pretty disturbing that Keef didn't take the stage for a song or 2.  My guess is he is unable to play much at this point, very sad....

I'm sure Keith was thrilled to be out with his wife enjoying his daughter's DJ skills and rocking out to a bunch of rock and rollers.

VERY cool, Ellen! Sounds like a great night! I'm so happy you got to have such a good time AND get some shots of Keith. Persistence DOES pay off, girl! Good on ya!

KEEF's daughter Angela was there too, so that could be her in the 4th picture. Also Jane Rose was there and that could be her with the long dark hair and eyeglasses. Not sure what Jane Rose looks like or what PR business they could of been discussing.

Thanks for sharing Ellen, must have been something to be in the same room with Keith.

Jane Rose has been right there for so many years. Jimmy Fallon thanked her at the end of the show when Keith was on. She is the doorway to Keith, and his fierce protector.
