Actually I just found out the woman with the glasses is Victoria Pearman who is a producer with Jagged Films:
"In 1995, Mick Jagger founded Jagged Films with Victoria Pearman "[to] start my own projects instead of just going in other people's and being involved peripherally or doing music."[19] Its first release was the World War II drama Enigma in 2001. That same year, it produced a documentary on Jagger entitled Being Mick. The program, which first aired on television 22 November, coincided with the release of his fourth solo album, Goddess in the Doorway."
John Battsek is a UK documentary filmmaker. His most famous is One Day in September (1999), the Oscar-winning feature length documentary about the tragic events of the 1972 Munich Olympic Games. At the 2007 Sundance Film Festival he launched three new feature documentaries, My Kid Could Paint That, Crossing The Line, and In The Shadow of the Moon, securing distribution deals for more than $4M. He is also Head of Film at Passion Pictures.

Remember to keep your nose to the grindstone, your shoulder to the wheel, your feet on the ground, your eye on the ball, your ear to the ground, your finger on the pulse, your head on your shoulders, the pedal to the metal, a song in your heart, your hand on the helm and the bull by the horns
