That is a fucking shame, Urbansteel, all those video's, it happened to me a while back,  when I tried to get a new account, I had to set up a new E-mail address, I couldn't use the old one, anything Stones is very up in the air, I found out it was Sofa (Ed Sullivan) entertainment that was making a stink about my Ed Sullivan show video's, also Allen Klein's people is another making a stink about anything Stones from their era with them.
With no reason letting you know, it doesn't make sense, they should give you a explanation.

A terrible shame. No wonder rock and roll is dead. The attitude of some artists really crack me up. It's like they fucking really do hate their fans. Why doesnt some one like Van Morrison just jam in his lounge room? If he hates his audience so much, hates interviews and being a celeb, why bother? Just jam for yourself in the privacy of your own homes.

Oh no, when they NEED us, when their last Weight Watchers or lemon detox diet bills come in, THEN they fucking want us. Then it's "I love you New York", or Newark or New SOuth Wales. Then they fucking want you.

Top of the world - "Sign an autograph? Get stuffed and here's my minder to belt the crap out of you".

Bit of a dry spell - "Oh, i really connect with my fans and have a special relationship with them and of course i'll do a 7am radio interview".

I will long argue into the night that many of these artists still think it's 1975. Record companies are a thing of the past. It's all gonna change. Places like youtube gives people access to material they might never find in a life time. It might make people care about some one's artistic endeavours. Might make some one buy a cd, dvd or even cough up the cash to see some one live on stage. I mean, how precious. Prince??? Fuck, what is it? 1986??? Who cares about his bony ass?

Anyway, youtube has been ruined since it got sold. Some thing else will pop up, and for a year or two, it will be all fresh again. UNtil some suited suck pulls out a writ. The truly odd thing is that so many great clips had never been available. Like, when was the plan to have them officially released? Hmmmm? Whats the harm in showing a rare Stones show if they aint ever gonna release it for us to see? Whats the big frigging secret?

ya know what? I am kinda over all this. At 46, i am more content to jam with mates or disturb my neighbours with my incredible drumming & strumming skills. I'd rather make my own noise.

And, if some one likes it, and i get a million hits on youtube, i am gonna pull all the vids and tell everyone to get stuffed!

They need to explain why, if they didn't ask them. They close accounts ONLY if they get take-down notifications they cannot do it that way.

Once you know who sent the take-down notification contact me, I have experience with this shit

In addition that Sony Music Entertainment does NOT own the copyright of the footage and the music is by Jimi Hendrix, as far as I remember Sony Music Entertainment / Universal Music only owns the copyright of the post-abkco music. Am I right?

Seems the "Fair Trade" use works in our favor but copyright owners seem to have nothing better to do than to chase people like us around youtube.

Ironically though, I got my info on how to counter claim youtube from youtube!  There are TONS of videos on there with instructions on how to get a suspended account back.

Still waiting to get my channel back....

I removed all those videos that they mentioned a while ago after my first claim...maybe they are getting pissy (or I should say pissier) about it because more people are filing counter claims.

But I counter claimed again and this time for all the videos that youtube listed.  It's like they decided, "No use doing three at a time, she keeps filing a counter claim, it's a waste of time....let's give them ALL to her and see what she does!" lol!  And for me it was better so I can counter claim them all at once.
Hopefully those are all of them and I can get my account back after this.

Like I said, youtube won't tell you.  You have to ask them to tell you why your account was closed & then they'll contact you.
They are not that kind, remember you're the offender here.
