Hello everybody, I'm new here, so let me introduce myself. After visiting Rocks Off for a long long time, I thought it was time to register. My name is Kees Dijsselbloem (Tumbling Dijs) and I live in the Netherlands. I'm 58 years old, have 2 daughters, age 31 and 29, I'm a proud granddad since six months, and have been a Stonesfan from the beginning. I'll try to upload a photo of me and my granddaughter,(yes, I'm so proud of her) so you can see who you're dealing with. Pay attention to my granddaughter's shirt!! I remember my dad being really, really pissed and furious when the papers here reported about the famous "Kurhaus" gig in Scheveningen, where the concert hall was destroyed by fans in, if my memory serves me well, 1964. I was 13 at the time and hadn't made up my mind yet about Stones or Beatles. Because of my older brothers the Stones won. But, also still a Beatlesfan. I hope I will still be greeted! My favorites Stones are (of course) the early years, Beggar's Banquet, Sticky Fingers and from the last 25 years Voodoo Lounge and A Bigger Bang. (tough choice) To some of you my name may sound familiar, because I have the privilege having a link to my webite on Rocks Off, which I can say, generated alot of viewers. Because I've moved to another city last year, with all the trouble of buying a new house and selling the old one in this economic crisis, I haven't been able to work on my website for a long time. However I do have the time to visit this messageboard, late in the evening, enjoying a glass of beer. I'm sorry to say that for the time being I will not have the time to start again with my site at a new provider. Maybe in the future. Anyway, I've always enjoyed visiting this great messageboard, there's alot of humor here, but because I'm Dutch and my English is not THAT good, not every topic make sense to me. Besides that, I'm more of a reader, and not so much of a writer, but there are times I feel the need to react on a topic, so that's why I decided to register. Well, pleased to meet you all.
