Not sure what you are gettin' at pard - but that belly is distended.

So he gives up the drink while we see his distended belly in these most recent shots.

It's not far off to assume that there is some underlying health issues at play here. I hope to hell not, but that shit don't look good kids.

Keith is still walkin' n talkin' so that is great given the 50 very tough years under the hood, but the lifestyle might have finally started to kick him in the ass now.

Bummer.

Cripes, could be an indication of serious liver issues? If the liver is falling off, the fluids collect in the abdomen and this kind of swelling takes place. His belly seems much larger/tighter than just last year.

He does appear more alert and he rid himself of the awful 'stache look.

But has his belly really stuck out that far and tight in the past few years? It looks considerably bigger than just last fall at the Scream Awards. That is how liver problems can be - fluids fill up the abdomen quickly and it becomes distended.

I hope that is not what is going on here as I thought maybe the Stones would hit the road one more time for the big 50th anniversary thing, but if Keith is fighting underlying health issues that would likely not take place and that time will have come and gone with the previous tour.

And if that is the case then so be it - let him wind out as he wishes and hopefully he is given a bit more time on earth.

Then again, maybe he will come back fighting trim and another tour will be underway in 2011 and all this worry if for nothing!
