what is written on Brian Jones' grave? It's his final interview,I've visited online. The stones are fighters, look how long they've continued to write and tour together. The Beatles packed it in,in the early 70's.In the 70's they wern't after Led Zeppelin they were kicking the Dead's asses.Sure they were sloshed, clouds of reefer smoked went up over the audiences evertime they appeared, groupies were like flies, but the setlists were nevertheless interesting as at least they were different arrangements from their albums. The Dead could never play or write, and look how many vault releases they have.At least Big Brother and the Holding Company had Janis. As for the corporate side, they recorded one good album undercover.Look how many tracks were on it,those were the great ones. One more quip about the Beatles,it should of been them not the Stones that asked to appear in a Clockwork Orange.Imagine how badassed John would of come across. He'd of been the perfect Alex.

I got somebody here want to talk to you boy.

We had a discussion.I've got something you've probably already heard, but hear it again.Count the #1's.Everybody loves hearing those, they were dwindling for them by the 70's.

If #1's are your criteria, then Mariah Carey is the second greatest artist of all time.

Think you can guess who's first...

Thanks for sharing Brussels with us all.   Indeed, I've heard it once or twice.

Some organizing of our thoughts here might be helpful though.  You were saying . . . ?

Nothing against Mariah Carey.I liked her Emotions album.#1 singles arn't entirely my criteria, every Stones album went there on both sides of the Atlantic until recently.Somebody must of been buying and listening to them.A bigger bang did'nt make it here, yet I thought it was one of their stronger efforts.

For what its worth, Brian's epitaph was 'Please dont judge me too harshly' - it doesnt come from an interview, but a letter he wrote to his parents.

The Beatles had split up some time before 'A Clockwork Orange' was filmed.

There is a bar at The Mirage called " The Revolution Lounge "  ( .... just before one enters " THE BEATLES LOVE " show )
in which the interior looks remarkably similar to the interior of the " Milk Bar " in the movie ' A Clockwork Orange ' .

Glad you enjoyed the show.Personally I'd just pick up the cd and watch Yellow Submarine again.Forget about giving any girl your lucre if you just want to get your rocks off.Use your hand instead.Be family oriented. Is there a wife?If not act like there is one. That's one of many ways you can give the city one.
