Thanks for posting that I've never heard it before.I'd still go out and buy Rolled Gold over the Red & Blue albums for no other reason than it's cheaper.

Violence saddens me so much. When I wake up in the morning and I see giant human-violence-filled-things on television, I try and understand the minds of the little people who do it and I wonder who these souls are and what makes them tick. I say a little prayer for the victims and before you can scream 'Not in the face!', you better bet that I've said about a hundred prayers. Please, feel yourself free to look around you and marvel at the beauty of the world, and stop the insanity. Also, I think you could benefit from reading a great novel, like The Grapes of Wrath or The Lost Symbol. Or start a hobby, like becoming a cellist or a wine connoisseur. There's so much to marvel and so many things to do, I can go to bed now feeling a little less sad.  Wow!

We,re forgetting one key fact here. By the time the Stones arrived to the fight Stu woulda kicked at least 3 Beatle asses and Macca would have run off.

Stu was Scottish and therefore would have been handier with his fists than four Scousers and a few soft southerners.

Not only would he have chinned all of the Fabs but, having got excited by the sight of blood, he would have then turned on the 5 Stones, shouting "Right, you little shower of shit, do YOU fuckin' want some as well?"

stu-smiling

Brian Epstein should have been thanking his lucky stars he had died before 1968. Had he been around, and taking into account the fact that he was gay, Stu would have glassed him just for looking at him in a poofy way.

Stu would have kicked the crap out of the lot of them. Even AFTER he died. Thats how hard he was.

What the hell did you just say?....Translation please. Undecided Huh

I agree. How about John Lennon's Two Virgins v.s. Jamming with Edward?I think Lennon won.The Beatles Love was better than the Stones 40 Licks.Rolling Stones Rewind was about par with Wings Greatest.Double Fantasy was better than Tatoo You.I bought and enjoyed both Off the Ground and Wandering Spirit.(not on the same day)

Their both wrestlers?Been out of that sport for years, could'nt tell ya.One thing I did learn from watching in the 80's was that they were all bad guys and yes the violence was real.Great respect.

I got a fiver from Keith as he walked the bridge to the B-Stage.

Guys hands were like sandpaper and he slapped me hard enough that it stung - bony fucking hands they were.  And I swear his eyes were shining like little lamps in the darkness.  He had his back to me reaching down to the other side and then all of a sudden in a whirl of legs n arms, he was there looking right down at me and as quick as he appeared, he was gone again, but leaving me shaking the life back into my hand.

I was in the presence of greatness that night my friends.

His name was Keith Fuckin Richards...

Tried to get a fiver from Mick - thought he was gonna reach down to me but then he spotted some big young titties about four people down and did a funny little skip n hop right over to her and flashed a HUGE smile and said "Hi yah darlin!!" and then like Keith, he was gone as fast as he appeared.

Seeing Keith up close was like COOL - Keith rules yah know, and he is like a force of nature.

Seeing Mick up close left me feeling a little funny - the guy is very attractive in person and oozes this incredibly powerful charisma.  Goddamn if he didn't leave me with half a chub - or maybe it was the girl's nips poking out of her t-shirt as Mick smiled down upon her like some goat-headed god.  I like to think so - but frankly, I can't be sure...

Seriously the Stones should pull an Aerosmith and fire Mick.Just don't replace him, people have been wanting to hear that band play for years. They could simply call themselves G and slash the ticket prices playing all the stuff Keith has cooked up in his vaults. If they had women do guest spots make sure they're completely unavailable and by all means bar Jagger from the gigs. It's impossible to do nowadays with cellphones and all but do try.

Not to be argumentative, but considering the number of year-round full-time employees of the organization, I really do believe that (technically speaking) they would be classified as a "small business."

what is written on Brian Jones' grave? It's his final interview,I've visited online. The stones are fighters, look how long they've continued to write and tour together. The Beatles packed it in,in the early 70's.In the 70's they wern't after Led Zeppelin they were kicking the Dead's asses.Sure they were sloshed, clouds of reefer smoked went up over the audiences evertime they appeared, groupies were like flies, but the setlists were nevertheless interesting as at least they were different arrangements from their albums. The Dead could never play or write, and look how many vault releases they have.At least Big Brother and the Holding Company had Janis. As for the corporate side, they recorded one good album undercover.Look how many tracks were on it,those were the great ones. One more quip about the Beatles,it should of been them not the Stones that asked to appear in a Clockwork Orange.Imagine how badassed John would of come across. He'd of been the perfect Alex.
