Sounds like his latest bit of partying was his farewell lap before going into rehab again!

At least this should keep him out of the tabloids for a while.

Seriously, great to read this and I hope he finally sorts himself out this time. He's running out of lives.

I hope to hell we're not reading about him in 3-4 weeks time saying he's checked himself out because he's 'cured' like he has done in the past.

Ok FINALLY we have entered his rehab phase. Quite familiar territory for Woody. Until now it was the usual "keeping you guessing" thing with Wood. Ya just never know with the guy. Talk about someone being predictably unpredictable.

think about it. Within a few short months we have had reports of....

break up with first rusky, gettting back with rusky, street brawl with rusky, permanent break up with rusky, solo tour, rolling stones tour, rolling stones recording plans, new date, new girlfriend, ex-girlfriend, Faces, and now .... the final phase, being the only true phase we fans can make any rhyme or reason of (and just may keep the guy quiet for a while until the next string of crazy doings down the road.) ....rehab.

We all know this phase rather well for Ronnie. Ronnie enters rehab, Ronnie checks out in just a few short weeks saying he's clean and plenty well enough to leave rehab....

Ahhhgh Ronnie ...Ronnie ....Ronnie .... Roll Eyes

But the good news is that the Stones are finishing up post-production on the new album in Paris, which is- by all accounts- the best album they've done since 'Exile'- and are starting the new tour in April in Detroit.

Oh- and the 'Exile' remaster will include the 'Ladies and Gentlemen' DVD.

As well as the by now well known fact that they'll be playing all of 'Exile' at some select club shows in NYC, DC, and LA.

And it's pretty much a lock that Mick Taylor will be playing those gigs.

'Cold turkey' ... Ronnie Wood

ROLLING STONE RONNIE WOOD is taking an anti-craving drug to help him quit boozing.

The 62-year-old pops a daily tablet of Campral - which stops neurotransmitters in the brain getting overexcited by the withdrawal from alcohol.

He is keen not to check back into rehab at The Priory in Roehampton, South West London.

He visited on Friday but just for an hour.

A pal said: "Rehab is a last resort - he wants to do cold turkey himself."
