Art exhibition by Rolling Stone Ronnie Wood at Leamington and Stratford

The 64-year-old rocker has created a host of images depicting the band and number of signed prints will be up for sale at Castle Art galleries in the two towns from October 22.
There are five different images created by the Stones guitarist which will be sold as 195 limited edition prints.
The exhibition is expected to last for a month until all the signed prints are sold.
Glyn Washington, managing director of Washington Green Fine Art who are putting on the exhibitions, said: “He picked up a paintbrush way before he picked up a guitar and began his life-long journey with art almost as soon as he could hold a pencil.
“This collection of art is testament to the enduring journey of a truly accomplished artist and it is our great honour to bring his breathtaking body of work to its rightful place – centre stage.”
The five images chronicle the halcyon days of the Stones featuring bandmates Mick Jagger, Keith Richards and Charlie Watts.
The exhibitions are part of a UK-wide tour that will see Ronnie make a rare personal appearance at Castle Fine Art in Birmingham’s ICC on November 3.
Ronnie has said he has been inspired by artists such as Schiele, Henri Matisse, Vincent Van Gogh, William Orpen and Pablo Picasso in creating the paintings, saying: “When I get inspired I get almost possessed and I just have to paint.
“Unlike music, it’s a solo effort. There’s no-one else to blame. Then again, no-one else gets the satisfaction out of it.”
Ronnie added: “There is no kind of therapy like the one you have from starting and seeing a picture through to the end.”
He joins a long list of rock musicians including Bob Dylan and John Lennon to have turned to the canvas with their creative talents.
Ronnie started painting at the age of 12 before attending Ealing College of Art in London.
Bill Clinton is one of several well-known collectors of his original works of art.
The guitarist has fought a very public three-decade long battle with drink and drugs.
The Castle Galleries will be showing the artwork at their venues in Regent Street, Leamington, and Bards Walk, Stratford.
