She tells Britain's Hello! magazine, "I boxed up loads of Ronnie's old clothes... and sent them to him in a van.

"But one discovery shocked me. In a cupboard in the dining room I found a container full of grey powder. When I looked at the label, I realised it contained the ashes of Ronnie's older brother, Ted, who died of cancer in 2004. 'I've just found your brother,' I texted Ronnie, 'I'm sending him over now.'"

Wasn't Art Wood married at the time of his death, and why would his wife not have possesion of his remains?

Uh I found one of my relative's ashes in a garage once, in a box on a top shelf. Someone obviously forgot it was up there, years went by and then ~ surprise ~ so we burried it under a tree in the back yard. It was creepy but I can understand how a person can tuck the ashes away in a place where it's not likely to be disturbed and then forget about it.
Disturbia Better than snorting it!

Ronnie Wood says relations are good with his ex-wife Jo
Ronnie Wood has said he is "a free man" after his divorce was finalised and insisted his relationship with ex-wife Jo was amicable.

Speaking backstage at the South Bank Sky Arts Awards, the Rolling Stone said: "Yes, I'm a free man. I believe today is the day the divorce becomes final. I've been so busy at the awards.

"I'm going to meet Jo this week, very amicably, and we are going to talk about 'you have this and I'll have that'. It's only material things."

The couple split up very publicly in 2008 as Ronnie battled addiction and his ex-wife built a media career and starred in the BBC1 ballroom show Strictly Come Dancing.

The star, who revealed he has not read bandmate Keith Richards' memoirs yet, said he expected the band to work together again "maybe next year".

Well, it kinda makes sense when you think about it.

40th anniversary tour started in 2002, ergo the 50th anniversary tour should start in 2012.

I think we've all been fixated on it ENDING in 2012 instead - probably because it would be an obvious time to stop touring, plus the fact that every year since the last one ended in 2007, we've had rumours that there would be a tour in between ABB and the 50th anniversary one.

Great,so after a 5 year hiatus,they'll do a fifty year annivesary tour that will likely be thier last. While they are in their late 60's. Yeah they'll be sharp as a tack for that. Jsut do a reissue of the reissue of Exile and be done with it. War horses couldn't drag me away

Yeah - the longer the gap without playing, the less appealing it all sounds from a musical perspective.

Jesus, how difficult can it really be for a BAND of any description to keep themselves in some form of condition by just getting out and playing a HANDFUL of gigs every once in a while.

Last time the Stones played to the public outside of the confines of a mega-tour? - 1979
