No chance.  Jagger, ex economics student, won't tour @ $240 a pop during a Recession. Even he knows that 2010 will see the worst economic downturn in living memory followed swiftly by an economic Depression.  As for that pathetic festival down in Glassonbury for demented tree huggers and bed wetters...he also is bright enough to not perform there.  That audience won't remember what happened let alone buy Stones LPs plus the BBC will insist upon sending the concert out FTA and we WILL record it!!!

Unfortunately, thats not a precondition for playing the show. There have been a few artists in recent years who have played Glastonbury and who specifically refused permission to have ANY of their sets broadcast. Bob Dylan (in 1998) and Leonard Cohen (last year) are two I can think of right away.

Rolling Stones were added to the "heavily rumored" category for Coachella.

Coachella's in April, which would contradict those Euro rumors.

In any event, the Stones 2010 drumbeat gets stronger...

Four months away? Ronnie still has his usual pre-tour rehab stint to go through yet. If he's going to be anywhere near a concert stage that quick, his visit to the Priory or Cottonwood clinics will have to be the usual weekend spa treatment all over again.

Can't see it myself.
