I would love Prince and Mick Taylor do a live duet of Red House. That would be so fucking righteous!

I always thought Prince was a musical genius: very erratic, unpredictable but mostly brilliant.

Side note: Prince's ex-wife Mayte Garcia later dated Tommy Lee of Motley Crue...lol You rock!

Here's Prince's take on 'Honky Tonk Women'.

One of about half a million unreleased tracks.
He's nothing if not prolific.

Big fan of his 80's output, especially 'Dirty Mind', 'Controversy', '1999' and 'Sign “☮” the Times'.
And 'Purple Rain', which launched him into the stratosphere.

Posted this a while back, but it deserves to be seen again - and again.
Prince's solo is epic...

Incredibly talented, obscenely prolific songwriter. Tremendous guitar player and singer. And sexy as hell. I was a fan from the jump: "Prince," "Dirty Mind," "For You," - and his masterwork (imo)"1999." Then the knockout punch, "Purple Rain" - the film and the album. I was fortunate enough to see him live on the Purple Rain tour in 1983, with Sheila E as the opening act. One of my favorite concerts by anyone, ever.
