When I were smaller, it was been Brian in absolute. When he died.. I'd cried for about a week.
After then, it was came Mick.

Thought in a sexy way. Was needed many years to be able to 'listen' his voice.
And I had (sometimes still) the language barriere to understand the songs.. I mean the real meaning of the lyrics.
But now, I dont think ever to him as a sex object.. I dont think to him and stop.

And then a lot of time after, it was came Keith. As a human being, simple. Showed as he were your own friend with his sympathy. As a 'naif' one.

Charlie.. just as a the gentleman.. the man that havent to 'ask none'

Bill.. 'The Stone face' was named.

Ronnie.. Havent got none to say about..
Mick Taylor was been the most fucking awesome guitairist, they had got.

When I was a teenager, it was Keith.  Now, I love them all equally, but for different reasons.

1.  Keith-for being a free-spirited, elegantly wasted guitar god.  I also love Keith  for his strong-minded unlawfulness.  Keith is the soul  of the Stones.

2.  Mick- for his mind-fucking brilliance, which is balanced by his superior intellect and business acumen.   Jagger's earth-shattering sexuality is only a glimmer of his gifts.

3.  Charlie-for his brilliant drumming and for his strenght of character.

4.  Ronnie-talented, and lucky musician.  Ronnie is a dreamer, reality be damned.   He is a crowd-pleasing Stone.

5.  Mick Taylor- guitar genuis.  Bad Decision maker.

6.  Brian Jones- musical genius whose wings got burned because he flew too close to the Sun.  Icarus of the Rolling Stones.

Mick has always been my favorite and I suspect will remain so.  Why?  When their first album was released and they appeared on Ed Sullivan it was for the usual teenage girl superficial reasons - he was the lead singer and the cutest.  Through the years the reasons have grown - his intelligence in all matters (except birth control), interest in other areas and the courage to pursue them (movies, and YES - solo albums), his self-discipline to stay fit and put on a good show no matter how off any other band member might be, and finally - his grace under Keith's occasional attacks.

Mine is Keith. The epitome of rock and roll bad ass, with a big, beautful heart.
From all I have heard, he really is a nice guy and a very loyal friend, even to Mick, the Brother he never had.
