Watched the whole game from Mall Of America Field at Hubert H. Humphrey Metrodome.
I'm a believer.
Aikman and Buck fellating #4 got a little tiring, but tellyawhut - that ol' bastard is league MVP.
i like the way you think.
let me tell you this...i fear indy. they are all that stand between us and the lombardi trophy. brett just has too many weapons for nawlins to handle...he is really spreading it out so much this year, more so than i've ever seen a vikings QB do. everyone has a hand in it this year...AP and sidney are at the top of the list, but percy, shiancoe and berrian get involved every week as well...and let's not forget about chester taylor...hell, even jeff dugan is having a career year. and the defense IMHO is better than the defense back in '98...that is what will make the difference.
i fully expect the pats to beat the saints tomorrow; then it's anyone's ball game...we just might see another NFC championship game under teflon.
as someone who has only watched the vikes this year, tell me...how do they stack up against indy, NO, the pats, etc? are they headed for glory this year, or am i just looking at the world through purple colored glasses? seriously...favre has the fans believing they can do it this year...i've never seen a vikings QB play like this before, in the 25+ years i have been paying attention. can this be the year? if so, god help us all....MN might spontaneously combust. for as much as i love the twinkies, the vikings are the most popular team in this state, and we have a history of losing. if brett can toss that out the window, he may be able to run for governor.
