Get Well soon Mick Taylor!

Dear fans and friends,

It is with deep regret that I must announce that the US and Canadian dates scheduled for July and August will have to be cancelled, due to health concerns.
During my stay in Hospital, my physicians have determined it would not be safe for me to travel at this time.
I do hope to return to the US and Canada in the future, to sing and play for you. For additional updates, please go to www.micktaylor.net

Well I purchased three tickets for the Buffalo show on July20th. Wonder how I'll ever get my money back from Ticketbastard.

The guy is a legend. I saw him live a few years ago and he had a great band and played beautifully. He and Max Middleton were magic on the night I saw them.

Ah, SHIT! I was so looking forward to seeing him at BB King's in NY on the 23rd. It would have been a first, and I'd been planning on meeting him. He's one of the most talented, generous players around, and he brought out the best in the Stones. He'll be in my thoughts and prayers. I hope whatever is ailing him isn't too serious.
