i am still wondering what the voters/writers will do when the roid class comes up for enshrinement. clemens, bonds, etc were all clear HOFers without the steriods....what will the voters do?

say, anyone know if bonds's asterisk ball ever made it to cooperstown?

The hall has the choice apparently because some teams were bribing players to use their hats. Hawk had the majority of his hits etc as a Spo and think they got it right. Hawk still feels the Spos screwed him money wise so he wanted Cubs. Glad he's in though. Imagine the choice for the Big Unit? Which team wins that one?? Football seems easier because there are so few trades or major player moves compared to baseball plus the careers are much shorter.

Seems like I remember that when we signed Cansenco there was an agreement in place that if he made the hall he would go in as a Devil Ray. I think that's stupid too, but I think the Hawk had a good arguement for wanting to go in as a Cub. He put up some big numbers there, won his MVP and made more all star appearances. The player should have some say at least and from what I read there wasn't even a discussion.
