Chan Ho Park was magnificent last night. I think the Phillies still come out of that inning with the lead if Utley had turned that double play.

I almost forgot. It was 20 years ago today. The bay bridge world series.Everybody was so excited. Even though the Giants were down 2-0 in the series. They were coming to Candlestick and we were going to get even. I was on my way home after picking up a friend downtown and going back to her house for a world series party. They had a special "look back" show on (KRON ?) yesterday.
Enough archive footage and commentary to scare the crap out of everybody.

Main thrust of the commentary was "we haven't seen the big one yet, it will make '89 look like a bump in the road".
