The four pictures I already had since last Wednesday ready to use are below. But one of them was up only for a couple of hours as I changed the header for the Oscar's pix and then for Bill German's book presentation and then for Brian Jones' birthday, and I had the intention to use the four of them today; in fact the current header is the second today...

Don't worry my friend, you didn't spoil the party LOL Ouch!

Anyway, I'm going to use the four of them today

And I'm GLAD the dude's old.....in Sept. of '70, I was a freshman in college. Hendrix had just died on the 18th. Then a rumor got started that Ginger Baker was dead too. Turned out not to be true {of course}. Kept a diary in those days...pretty interesting reading.

But, anyway, I was really glad to hear he was alive! Of course, we lost Joplin a mere few weeks later {Oct. 4th}... Sad
