by far 2 of keith richards best reggae songs...i think.

i especially enjoy the too rude version off of the live at the hollywood paladium cd/dvd.  i dusted off main offender a few days ago and listened to words of wonder...also a great tune.

While "Too Rude" was a cover, the Winos owned that song live. Similarly with "Words of Wonder": fine enough on record, but a killer onstage. The "giving thanks and praises" coda was terrific. As Keith said, next to Burning Spear, the Winos were the best live reggae band. ...

On a related note, "You Don't Have to Mean It" is a lyrical cousin of "Words" — the same overall theme and a repeat of the line "dripping from your lips." It's not just guitar riffs that Keith recycles!
