I have given this some very careful consideration.
Clearly, there are so many great moments in movie history, and to pick one as the best is liking picking your favorite Stones song.

Obvious choices are Bogey in Casablanca, "Here's looking at you kid"

Dirty Harry's "Do you feel lucky" line
