What factor (s) makes the Stones tick so long.  Almost 50 years is unheard for any kind of band. I won't post a poll because I can't pin it down. I think I might know.

Old blues guys (like Keith once pointed it out) have been doing it longer then The Stones have, look at Chuck Berry, he's in his 80 I believe, could be wrong, but he was one of the artists who influenced The Stones, B.B. King is another guy that's way up there in years.

...and both artists are still GREAT !!!


If B.B. King & Chuck Berry are still touring in their mid - 80's then Mick and Keith and MACCA and The Who are going to be performing WELL in to their 80's or even 90 . Word .
