I am quite sure Mick is not firing Ronnie....
and why should he? The guy did screw up on that drinking binge in the summer but otherwise you simply can't hold his romantic social ventures against the guy.
It is Ronnie's choice who he sleeps with and what he does in his love life and I'm quite sure Mick knows that even if he doesn't think it's a good thing or he doesn't agree. As far as drinking goes there hasn't been any real evidence he is back to drinking heavily since rehab from what I assessed. Sure a tabloid here and again but now even those have subsided.
So really, there is no reason to even consider firing him. Even if Ronnie was drinking heavily again Mick would first try relentlessly to get Ronnie help before he'd consider firing him. He got him help before the Licks tour remember (and who knows, maybe many more times than that).

Good points, I do agree.
It's not the first or the last marriage that went bad. ...and Mick has had his share
I don't recall his band mates mouthing that up.
I guess we'd better just get used to his Ekatarina girl.
pushing up daisies soon? I don't see that in a near future, well - not more than for any other member of the band.
of course you never know when Mr.D comes knocking at the door.
yes agreed...i must say there is an air of prudery and "moral panic" coming from some posters about this which says more about them than it does about ronnie
fact is 50% of marriages fail - and the hurumphing and outraged tones that are often heard when an older guy hits it off with a younger woman are often deeply rooted in jealousy and envy and mostly come from older people - older men wish it was them getting the action - older women are resentful of the fact that men are, what ever their age, attracted to young (i.e. fertile) women
don't misunderstand me, Ronnie appears to have treated Jo very shabbily...but come on folks let's get real - none of us really know what the full facts of the situation are
