Pdog, what do you want to know? I was a liberal for a long time. I voted for Clinton in 1992 and in 1996 (regretfully). My grandmother (Mom's side) was the president of the Democrat Party of Minn. back in the days of JFK. In fact my older brother has a hand written letter from JFK to my grandmother on White House stationary thnking her for her help on his 1960 campaign. It proudly hangs in a gilded frame in a curio cabinet in his house. Oh, and just for a quick heads up-JFK would not be a Democrat today. He believed in a very strong military, and very low taxes. Barry hates the military and he loves taxes.

My mother was a drug and alchohol psychologist, and was very liberal. She was a registered Democrat for her entire life, but she was dismayed about the direction the party was headed before her passing in 1986. She also dated Walter Mondale for about two weeks, before she broke it off. I asked her about him, and she just said that he was, "the most boring man I've ever met in my life!" LOL! They went to the University of Minnesota together. My mother then met my father and the rest is history. I was a registered Democrat from 1983-1998. If my mother were still alive she would hate everything about Barack Obama, because she loved her country, and she could smell a rat from a mile away. In that regard the apple didn't fall far from the tree.

Now, how did Reagan screw you over. Regardless of what some clueless dipshit like JC says, Reagan did in FACT pass the largest "across the board tax cuts" in this nation's history, and revenue jumped in a fashion that it has never matched since. More people made more money, and advanced their lot in life than at any other time in US history. So how did Ronald Reagan screw you. I would love to hear those details.

WHO has blinders on? Isn't that just a more polite way of calling anyone who doesn't automatically condemn anything the President does a "drone"? I disagree with the escalation of the war in Afghanistan, and with this issue, and with Obama not investigating any of the criminal activities of the last administration, among other things. Should I be screaming that anyone who doesn't feel exactly the same way is an idiot? Or is it okay if I realize it's not all about me?

Environmental Activists are displeased that Obama reaches across the incredible, 1860-style divide our country finds itself in to adopt part of the Right's "Drill, Baby, Drill" mantra. Big surprise. Sen. Boner's mad because he doesn't put an oil derrick in every yard. Also a big surprise. MSNBC shakes off its sycophancy long enough to be Fair and Balanced. I believe that's what the Media is supposed to do. I don't think the country really needs a lefty version of Fox.

Barrack HUSSEIN Obama is the President of the United States, ALL of them, no matter howe that makes you, or Riffy, or PDog, or me, feel. For all of the shrill, sky-is-falling rhetoric Mr. Riffhard brings to the board every day, he hasn't brought up any issues which are even close to being impeachable. (Unlike the previous admin, if you'll pardon my hiccup.) The outcry against Bush didn't start on his first day in office, as it did with Obama.
