I've urinated on George Walker Bush III in effigy.  Never hung him though, that's drastic demonstrative behavior that I don't condone - even mock lynchings are abhorrent to my deeply held religious beliefs.

BTW, just so you Bush Geeks don't get all mincy and testy, I didn't urinate on his effigy in a foreign country, just domestical.  So far to date, I've only verbally trashed him on foreign soil.  I fucking respect the bounds of decency at all times.

Burning effigies did not start with Bush.  Iranians have hated the air we breath since the 80's, when Carter's effigy was burned routinely.  It's not a burning along party lines, we are hated everywhere.
We have been hated most everywhere, as well during each political cycle, yet, most everyone outside of the US wants to live here.  Why?  Because of freedom of speech, elections, the American way.  We will continue to be hated, which is why, as I noted earlier, you can never be too careful, Al Qaeda is everywhere.

Now, excuse me, I must go get pizza, take it to be tested for Anthrax disguised as flour....

for the greatest democracy, we sure need to clean up our style of voting... Tuesdays? No papaer trails, long lines...  A week long, paper trailed easy to register system, along with restricted amounts of money for campaigning and "term limits"... as promised in thr Republican Contract with America in the 90's.
If we even began a course, no fuck that, if we did this, we would see an incredible change in effectiveness. Special interests would be limited by term limits without even making one law to squash them.

You raise some interesting points there, Pondo.

I think we could also use literacy tests to disenfranchisialize undesireables from the electoral process.  See, e.g., George Walker Bush III.  See, e.g., Dexter Manley.

American Loyalty Oaths (ALOs) would also be effective, and remove most Mitt Romney and Scoot Libb supporters from the rolls.

And conspicuous, open voting, which would prevent goddam fontfaced lies on Rolling Stones message boards about the effect of the goddam Bradley Effect!

Obama Says He Didn't Know Aunt's Illegal Status
The Illinois senator's aunt has been residing in Boston public housing since her request for asylum was denied four years ago.

CHICAGO -- Barack Obama said Saturday he was unaware that one of his relatives from Kenya was living in the United States illegally and added that believes the appropriate laws should be followed.

The Associated Press reported Friday that Obama's aunt had been instructed to leave the country four years ago by an immigration judge who rejected her request for asylum from her native Kenya.

The woman, Zeituni Onyango is living in public housing in Boston and is the half-sister of Obama's late father .

"Senator Obama has no knowledge of her status but obviously believes that any and all appropriate laws be followed," Obama campaign spokesman Bill Burton said in a written statement given to FOX News.

Onyango, 56, referred to as "Aunti Zeituni" in Obama's memoir, was instructed to leave the United States by a U.S. immigration judge who denied her asylum request, a person familiar with the matter told the AP late Friday. This person spoke on condition of anonymity because no one was authorized to discuss Onyango's case.

Information about the deportation case was disclosed and confirmed by two separate sources, one of them a federal law enforcement official. The information they made available is known to officials in the federal government, but the AP could not establish whether anyone at a political level in the Bush administration or in the McCain campaign had been involved in its release.

Onyango's refusal to leave the country would represent an administrative, non-criminal violation of U.S. immigration law, meaning such cases are handled outside the criminal court system. Estimates vary, but many experts believe there are more than 10 million such immigrants in the United States.

The AP could not reach Onyango immediately for comment. No one answered the telephone number listed in her name late Friday. It was unclear why her request for asylum was rejected in 2004.

Onyango is not a relative whom Obama has discussed in campaign appearances and, unlike Obama's father and grandmother, is not someone who has been part of the public discussion about his personal life.

A spokeswoman for U.S. Immigrations and Customs Enforcement, Kelly Nantel, said the government does not comment on an individual's citizenship status or immigration case.

Onyango's case -- coming to light just days before the presidential election -- led to an unusual nationwide directive within Immigrations and Customs Enforcement requiring any deportations prior to Tuesday's election to be approved at least at the level of ICE regional directors, the U.S. law enforcement official told the AP.

The unusual directive suggests that the Bush administration is sensitive to the political implications of Onyango's case coming to light so close to the election.

One of the sources acknowledged he was not a supporter of Obama or John McCain and said he has no plans to vote on Tuesday. He said that was not a motive for releasing the information.

Kenya is in eastern Africa between Somalia and Tanzania. The country has been fractured in violence in recent years, including a period of two months of bloodshed after December 2007 that killed 1,500 people.

The disclosure about Onyango came just one day after Obama's presidential campaign confirmed to the Times of London that Onyango, who has lived quietly in public housing in South Boston for five years, was Obama's half aunt on his father's side.

It was not immediately clear how Onyango might have qualified for public housing with a standing deportation order.

Sometimes I wonder if the war on terror is worthwhile..then I read this and know its not.....

MOGADISHU, Somalia (AP) - A 13-year-old girl who said she had been raped was stoned to death in Somalia after being accused of adultery by Islamic militants, a human rights group said.

Dozens of men stoned Aisha Ibrahim Duhulow to death Oct. 27 in a stadium packed with 1,000 spectators in the southern port city of Kismayo, Amnesty International and Somali media reported, citing witnesses. The Islamic militia in charge of Kismayo had accused her of adultery after she reported that three men had raped her, the rights group said.

Initial local media reports said Duhulow was 23, but her father told Amnesty International she was 13. Some of the Somali journalists who first reported the killing later told Amnesty International that they had reported she was 23 based upon her physical appearance.

Calls to Somali government officials and the local administration in Kismayo rang unanswered Saturday.

That's why early voting should be discontinued.  If Obamawamas had known all this stuff about the guy's half-aunt, it would be a new ball game.  She probably isn't even a goddam Celts fans, ffs!

Auntie?  Auntie, is that you, living in Bahston?
Why, I'd lost track of you.  Don't worry, I going

the INS rules, and let you stay....

I cant believe how you guys vote. It's comical. So un-professional. All these chads and things. But at least it aint compulsory. Here in Oz, there's a $50 fine if u dont vote. I think us, Chad, Sierre Leone and some other wanker country are the only ones in the world with compulsory voting. I am eternally left-wing, but even your guys left wingers are right wingers to us. But, shit, we are mates. Best of's.

I'd vote for that man any day of the week over Nobama! How is that this guy can so succinctly lay it all out there with simple common sense and there are so many drones that won't even listen?! Nobama is going to fuck our country over should he win. If that happens you better know that I will tell every moron that voted for him just how stupid they were. Offensive? I could give two flying fucks! Their lack of any foresight is offensive to me! Now Barry is promissing a "civilian security force". What the hell is that all about? I know that Hitler did the same thing. They were called the Brown Shirts. Hugo Chavez has the same dealio going down in Venezuela. They are nothing but a bunch of thugs that beat the shit out of anyone that dare speak out against Chavez and his governemnt programs. Government healthcare? Hello?! Can anyone name one single country where that fiasco has worked? This is the same Democrat congress that bankrupted the housing market through their complete recklessness and fruadulant practices through Fannie and Freddie. No congressional investigations? Wonder why? Now these same crooks are going to try and force another massive govenment boondoggle on us in the form of US govenment controlled healthcare? Are people really this stupid?

If you vote for Nobama you're going to get exactly what you deserve. I'll laugh in your face when he proves to everyone that hasn't already figured him out. He's a Marxist fuck that will in his own words, "fundamentally change" the country. I don't know about you, but I don't want the country to fundamentally change! I want to leave my kids with the same freedoms and opportunities that I have enjoyed. Nobama is going to make that impossible. He wants what all Marxists want. He wants more power. He can fool some people by wrapping this whole "change" mantra with words like "fairness", "mutual sacrafice",or "shared responsibility" but it's all bullshit that will only grant the government more power to determine who needs to be a little more "fair" with their money. Suckers!
