It's really not their fault. I was the one who brought it up (a while ago). They're just responding to me, and others now that the topic has been breached.

I have tried to impress upon them the problem with religion in US culture. Many here have claimed religion and politics don't mix. And while I completely agree with that statement, I see religion and politics more entwined than ever. To our detriment.

I would think the last few pages have proven that this thread has reached a limit as to subject matter. I try not to take sides and be tolerant of religion and musical tastes. As one Stones fan to another folks its time to move on..................
