No. It's not easy to say anywhere. I mean its pretty easy to say torture is wrong because it is. That parts easy. Doesn't matter where one lives....Torture is wrong, PERIOD.
Agreed. Broken bones, bamboo shoots under fingernails, and all the other barbaric shit that the word torture conjers up, or worse yet, beheading. However, simulated drowning with a doctor on scene with zero chance of death or lasting wounds? Not torture. Especialy given the fact that real intel was gained, and another massive attack on US soil was averted only further justifies enhanced interogation was the proper and ethical thing to do. I'll tell you what, if this country gets attacked as it did on 9/11, and it's learned that Barry Co. didn't use every means nessasary to prevent that attack then his legacy is written in American blood.
Barry Co. are pretty shrew in the way they idiotically released the CIA interrogation memos, don't ya think? He makes them public, and then he anounces that he's not against pressing federal charges against the lawyers that deemed the interogations methods legal. Fast forward to Cheney calling for the release of the memos that prove major attacks were thwarted and the CIA are too shit scared to release any further memos without Barry's approval. Though more than a few CIA operatives have confirmed this "on background". Do you think he's going to give it? Fat chance! That's the trap that Nancy walked into, and I'm sure that Barry is too shrewd to allow that to happen to him. He just slyly gets a two-fer. He gets to sling some red meat to his band of hardleft freak base (of which is he is not only a member, but president of) by blaming America, and Bush, while at the same time getting positive media attention for his "openness" and "cleansing of American injustises" by a media that would happily wipe his ass with their tongues.. I'll give Barry props for one thing. The man knows how to play the game of politics. Too bad that so many braindead idiots can't see through it all.
However, he's playing a dangerous game when he continues to focus on getting even with those he ideologically hates (read-Conservative, religious, gun owning Americans). Especially when he targets an agency like the CIA. I guess when you've all but destroyed the American free market capitalist system it's best to have some diversionary tactics. The best thing to happen to Barry this past week has been Nancy Pelosi's blatant hypocritical lying. No one seems to be paying attention to the American economic future that he has destroyed.
