The SCAPP program was never eliminated under Bush. Nor did he ever suggest eliminating it -- far from it.
Bush may have cut back the amount of funding proposed in a budget, but Obama is proposing eliminating it altogether. Obama instead wants to grant amnesty to the millions of illegals in this country and take their votes. Very progressive thinker, that Obama!

Waterboarding...I'm fine with it. As it is we treat those terrorist scumbags better than they treat our POWs or their own citizens in their own countries. And just because I support it doesn't mean I have to agree to undergo it myself. I assume you support abortion...would you abort yourself or your own kid? Not trying to be a jerk by that comment, just trying to put it in perspective. I also don't consider waterboarding "torture"....torture is typically done sadistically for pleasure...making captive scum a little uncomfortable in order to extract valuable info is fine with me!

No, I think the execution of the Japanese soldiers was fine...they waterboarded US soldiers in a much less humane way (salt water, forcing water into the stomach, etc) and they did FAR worse things...(Battan Death March? Amputating limbs? Feeding dry rice and then forcing water down the throat to explode the stomach and GI tract? I could go on and on)...
