This thread has been noticeably absent of many liberals as of late. I wonder why?

Cause the venom you folks have for him after 2 weeks is pretty fucking stupid! Yes Tom Daschle is douche with dumb glasses who should have paid his taxes and not let himself be nominated. I think a trillion dollar war put on a credit card that our grandchildren will still be paying for is far more outrageous. 9 billion of the treasury's dough going missing under Paul Bremer . . . fucking outrageous. Letting Hank "the democrat" Paulson stick up our treasury for $700 Billion with no oversight on how the money was doled out (including large green to his buddies at former employer Goldman Saks) fucking outrageous! Letting US Corporations incorporate in Bermuda (via PO Box) to avoid paying taxes FUCKING OUTRAGEOUS! It's all in your perspective. . .
The fact that you would have the temerity to say that "we" have been spewing venom is rich m_m! I never called Barry a Nazi. I never once said that he was a "war criminal". I never once lied about him "stealing the election". Bush got hammered a thousand times harder than Barry will. Not just by liberals here btw, but also by "true" conservatives like Goober.
Look, the fact is that Barry is in way over head. Many of us knew that he would be, and the first two weeks of this administration is proving our fears have been born out. This is his first real job! He has never held an executive position in his life! At least Bush was a governor and held other executive positions. Barry is just wide eyed and clueless. I make no apologies for proudly saying, "I told you so." I told you I would.

The venom spewed by me was based on responses to things that actually happened not on what might happen. As far as your "I told you so" well I'll take that with a grain of salt. . . .you also told us that Obama was toast and that Hank Paulsen was a democrat. . . . carry on!
MM
PS You also told us Obama was going to take us to the FAR left. . . is Republican Sen. Judd Gregg deep under cover?!?!?
If you don't think that Barry is taking the country far left then you just aren't looking very hard. He is taking the country farther left that it has dared ever step, and by a long shot. He is taking the country into European socialism territory in fact with this insane spending bill.
Hmmm, let's see why would he offer Greg Judd a position at Commerce? Well, how about the fact that it immediately kills the Republicans chances of a filibuster in the senate! That way he can lurch even farther to the left! This is going to be an unmitigated disaster. People will be begging Bush's return soon enough! Yes, that's how bad things are going to get with this incompetent man/child at the helm.
By the way The Fairness Doctrine is beginning to rear it's ugly head. I told you that would happen too! Noooooo, Barry and Co. aren't trying to veer far left! That would never happen!
These leftist fucks are insane!!!

Sen. Stabenow wants hearings on radio 'accountability'; talks fairness doctrine
This morning, radio host Bill Press brought up the recent closing of liberal station Obama 1260 when speaking with Michigan Senator Debbie Stabenow, and talked about whether there needs to be a balance to right wing talk on the radio dial.
BILL PRESS: Yeah, I mean look: They have a right to say that. They’ve got a right to express that. But, they should not be the only voices heard. So, is it time to bring back the Fairness Doctrine?
SENATOR DEBBIE STABENOW (D-MI): I think it’s absolutely time to pass a standard. Now, whether it’s called the Fairness Standard, whether it’s called something else – I absolutely think it’s time to be bringing accountability to the airwaves. I mean, our new president has talked rightly about accountability and transparency. You know, that we all have to step up and be responsible. And, I think in this case, there needs to be some accountability and standards put in place.
BILL PRESS: Can we count on you to push for some hearings in the United States Senate this year, to bring these owners in and hold them accountable?
SENATOR DEBBIE STABENOW (D-MI): I have already had some discussions with colleagues and, you know, I feel like that’s gonna happen. Yep.
