Nasty - you sure about your ROPC?? - i was sure you were here when I arrived and i'm fairly certain that was late 2000 or maybe early 2001??..anyway...

When did Being Mick air?  I came to RO to drown my sorrows with fellow Heads of Stone after the embarassing fiasco that was Being Mick.  Know for a fact that was my reason for seeking a support community.   So whenever that was, that was when I started my ROPC.

Also, just so you know Corgosh, George Walker Bush III said this about his continuing trillion dollar socialist government investment scheme:

"The government is the only institution patient enough to buy these assets at their current low prices and hold them until their prices return to normal."

There it is - only the U.S. federal government knows when to buy low and sell high when it comes to financial securities traded on the free market.  Is that the most fucking unreal thing you have ever heard from a leader of a supposedly free-market capitalist economy?  What would your country do if your president said something like that, Corgworth?  This country barely blinks at this stuff anymore - either we are

A) so calloused to it, or
B) we're too dumb to realize how profound it is.  Or
C) we're Bush Geeks and live in utopian Bush Geek world where everything is swell.

Its one of those three reasons.  Can't be anything else.

I'm still just shocked that George Walker Bush III can get away with saying something so contradictory to every American capitalist and conservative principle there is in this country, and not be hounded and shamed from office.  Its absolutely incredible to me.  And the media just gives him a flyer on it, Corgo.  Its boring, no lipstick and stuff.

Haven't you heard blueMoon?  The media are a bunch of Marxists anyway.  They loooooooove them some socialschism.

Me, I'm gonna plead A) - it's possible that I peaked too soon in my Eyes-Open Bush Dislike. . .shot my W-ad a year or so back.  Maybe it would be different if I had any money to lose.

Appreciate the effort on the retrospective.  You the man to do it.  Any other man here is tainted by faint squims of partisan pheromone that will capsize the definitude of said presentations.

"Money ain't got no owners.  Only spenders."  - OMAR

I am seriously thinking of moving my Bush Geek commemorative retrospective to this thread.  Something tells me, something extra-corpeal, to do it.  Who am I to resist the Dogs of Providence?

Do you realize, Moonbuggy, that I have spent my entire ROPC (rocks off posting career) under the Bush watch?  I know some of yall are Clinton era post-urers, but I showed here in Nov of two dubya oh one.  No matter what the direction the change is gonna come, this still represents a major paradigmathematical shift in the nature of the game.

Even those of us from the pre-Bush Geek Era, have honed the amalgatude of our ROPC (rocks off posting chops) during his dismality.  I was pre-BGE, as I recall the bizarre debate as to whether the multi-trillion dollar, competitive, multi-party media and entertainment industry had all huddled up Appalachian-like (shades of Bonanno) and conspired to hide publicly available records of George Walker Bush III's DUI (kind of like he did) until the appropriate unleashism.  That was before the 2000 election if I recall.  I also remember my good friend Maxlugar telling me that George Walker Bush III was the new Ronald Reagan.  We both drank heavily at that time.  That was a time of heavy drinking.  Drinking at that time was heavy.  Heavy?  The drinking was at the time.

My own feeling is that W has more in common with  Caligula than Ronald Reagan.

Anyway I saw Mrs Bush on Greta a few nights ago. I thought she said they were moving to Dallas after the election.

More impressive than Doc Ellis pitching a no hitter on acid, was his attempt to hit every batter in a game.  He hit the first three.  The forth ducked out of the way and was walked.  The fifth was Johnny Bench, who move his head out of the way to avoid being hit.  Ellis was then removed from the game.

Meg let me make this abundantly clear.

The DemocRATS are WAY more responsible for the finacial crisis that the USA, and indeed the planet, is facing. Read up on DemocRATS response to the Fannie Mae scandal. It was one Senator John McCain who tried in vain to reel in the problem with Fannie back in 2005. His cosponsored legislation was shot down by the bastards that were getting fat kickbacks. Barack was number two in line!! Fannie was responsible for the entire shitstorm that we are in now! Even Bush tried on 12 seperate occaisions to insist on more oversight and regulation on Fannie. It was the DemocRATS that blocked any and all of the oversight that Republicans insisted on!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Barrack Obama got $126,000.00 from Fannie Mae in less than 3 years!!! McCain? Just under a thousand bucks in over 26 years!!.

None are so blind as those that refuse to see the truth.

Name one thing that Barrack Obama has done! One little thing! He is the most unqualified nominee ever to run for POTUS, and nobody will admit it!!

And yes, anyone that bothers to study up on the REAL Barrack Obama and still votes for him is an idiot. I trust that you haven't bothered to read up on Obama's ties to his mentors like Ayers. This shit goes directly to his judgment, and some just dismiss it out of an idiotic hatred of Bush and Republicans in general. His direct ties to ACORN. His membership in the blatantly unAmerican group Sal Alinsky Action Group. His voting to raise taxes every single time that he has had a chance to. If the American people knew the truth about Obama he would never have gotten the nomination. Never!

If he wins we will all suffer greatly. His policies are almost identical to those of Jimmy Carter! Although they are even closer to those of Karl Marx!! Fact!!!! This is way beyond partisanship with me. I know his history. Do you? Do you care? He believes in wealth redistribution just like all good little Marxists do. Fuck Barrack Obama! He is a dangerous man, and coupled with Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid we will be fucked hard. Don't trust me. Vote for the little Marxist fuckhead. Just make sure that you do a little research on him before you pull the lever. The media WILL NOT bother to give any details about who this stealth Marxist really is.

Bush ain't running tough guy! I know that it's fun to try and couple Bush and McCain but that is a bullshit argument.

Some people just refuse to see the truth about Barry because of nothing more than partisan idiocy. If McCain had the ties with a bunch of right wing radicals I would never consider voting for him. Liberals seemingly think it's okay to vote for a man that has a laundry list of far left radicals as friends. I think it just makes them morons myself.

Obama is not a socialist/Marxist? Well he sure as fuck sounds like one right here. In his own words! He is talking about "wealth redistribution" here boys and girls! That is at the very center of the Socialist ideology. Ignore it though. It means nothing to the mindless drones that can't think for themselves. The guy that he talks to gets it. Too bad that some here can't seem to figure out who this manchild really is. I wonder if the Obama drones will even bother to watch The One carry the Communist line here? Or, if they are smart enough to figure out just exactly what he is saying.

Okay then how about Obama's own words? He has shown his cards and some here still won't believe it. Even when it comes out of the idiot's own mouth!!!!!!

riffy...

man, you are being a first class putz lately. yeah, yeah, we know you hate barack, but come on! personally insulting the rest of us who choose to vote for barack is pretty classless. i just so happen to agree with you on much of what you say - i question Barack's judgement because of his past associations. I question his experience. hell, i may just leave the presidential section of the ballot blank and vote for our savior al franken! but your incessant babbling is doing nothing but pissing people off.

meanwhile, your fearless leader continues to drive the country deeper and deeper into the toilet. no matter how you look at it - and i'm sure you will spin it in your usual partisain fashion - W's tenure has from budget surplusses in 2000 to a doubling of the national debt. it has seen big govt...economic socialism...and an unpopular and unjust war that has crippled our prestige around the world while it has crippled our armed forces. but right...somehow this must be the democrats' fault.

let's make sure on your next post to use bigger fonts to say the left are all idiots....perhaps another cute catch phrase like democRATS....zzzzz....zzz.z..zzzzzzzzz.....

It scares the hell out of me LJ. The good news is that the stories and the truth about Obama are slowly getting out there and they are having an effect.

Yeah ,the development is that it's not true. Some other Iragi ahole who wasn't even in the meeting made the claim. The foriegn minister that Obama actually met with denies Obama saying it, as does Obama himself. But consider the source of the story. The Washington Times and the drudge report. Never let the facts get in the way of an inflammatory story, right.

I noticed this story got debunked pretty quickly. I can't find it on CNN now, because it so quickly became a non-story. Yes I know CNN = liberal media. If I had a dollar for everytime the right cried liberal media when they didn't like something, their would be no economic crisis.

Are you a collector too, Mr. Sexie Druggie Rock and Rollie? That's the Youth version that was in use circa 2002.  They changed the font to San Schlack Serif a year later.  Now its more like the Southern chapter version, except that one has different colored hibiscus in the background.

What story got debunked? There is nothing to debunk. Barone properly points out that the Obama campaign has tried to shut down the voice of dissent. That is absolutly true! I could link memos directly from the campaign that gives the little drones their marching orders! Not only that but the video that I posted has Barry make the case for Socialism. If a man says he wants to redistribute wealth than that can only mean socialism. It dosen't take a rocket scientist to figure out what he means. I mean all you have to do is read "Dreams of My Father" and his plans are laid out in black and white. I have read both of his books and they read like a communist manifesto.

Plus there is no sense in trying to deny the blatant "in the tank" mentality of the media. Everyone that is even a little bit honest about it knows that it is blatant. It is corrupt, and it is nothing short of journalistic malpractice. The media wants Obama so bad they can taste it. Why did the NYT sit on the Jeremiah Wright story for over a year? Why has not single network newscast investigated Obama's ties to Fannie Mae? Because they want him to win! It's pretty clear to people that are willing to see through the clutter.

I have never in my 45 years seen a man get such a complete pass from the media like Barry gets! What do you think the media would do if it were learned that McCain had started his political carreer in the house of an abortion clinic bomber? Do you think that they would just sit on that fact? Hell no they wouldn't! They would end his run at the presidency with that kind of news! Apparently it's just fine with the NYT to have an unrepentant terrorist as a friend, confidant, and political ally so long as he's only trying to destroy the entire system of government and capitalism , but not if he offends the liberal mindset.

ha that bush geek logo  is funny - but I expect it is more to do with lovers of the australian outback (a.k.a. "the bush") - the southern cross in the sky is a bit of a give away...

Is the Australian Chapter still running?  They never had much influence at the triennial.  The problem with all those local chapters is they kept looking to National to bail them out when they burned all the dues money in the first quarter.  And god fucking knows National couldn't balance the books to save their retard ass lives.

The more McCain slips in the polls, the more they hide Palin, Bush just keeps destroying this country and Riffy gets meaner and more insultive...

It is more important to realise that with one finger pointing, three point back. In other words how much of the unappealing behaviour is that which we reject in ourselves and find it easier to see in others? In this case, it is just about Bush... If you don't see that Riffy, than you are somehow blinded. You have, since i've known always defended this man, and all this administrations policies, and when things go wrong, it is "always" someone elses fault. No one, ever, in the history of the world, is that good or correct... Especially Bush!!!

Things you will need for the next 4 years Riffy. A Reality check. The guarentee you made Obama will never be president is probably going to be shattered. Then after you find even booze will not end your living nightmare, a good amount of meds mixed in might help. Therapy, a tour or two and lots of sex! You should manage t make it...
I hope you find the source of strength, over 50% of those who voted for the "other guy" found to get through these past 8 yrs.
What's really, really funny is... You're coming up with all this dirt, and saying people are ignorant and stupid, is exactly what you condemned, when this was going on towrds Bush. It's the same animal, same extremist driven dribble. Half truths, innuendos, specualation and lies repeated over and over to eventually be hopes to be truth.
There's some truths in what you say, and alot of horseshit strewn in. You try to make connections to people with Obama, and I laugh... Because there was just as obvious shit with Bush/Cheney, some just so blatant and without accountabilty.
Seriously!!!
Barrack Obama got a free pass? Communism? Are you kidding me. No black man gets a free pass. They get pulled over for fitting the description, searched and humiliated!!! And that is why he is remarkable. It's being done to him right now, and he rises above the shit. If you hate his Commie views, it is because fascist banks have taken over, and you don't give a shit!!! The banks are taking it all, and people are accepting the mud and crap bullshit, again! McCain and Obama don't matter. Bush doesn't matter anymore. The truth, the facts are, global banks, who have no allegiance to countries, are consolidating countries and currencies, and making all the decisions regarding how we live. Fascism at a level no one could imagine, and are to caught up by the distractions and apathy to see or stop!
November 5th, nothing will change!!!
