Or is there something strangely similar about these two pictures?

#1 is William Ayers, Obama's buddy and terrorist, stomping a US flag

#2 is Obama refusing to place his hand over his heart during the Pledge of Allegiance

It almost seems as if neither has any respect for the United States or what it stands for.

The conservative blogs are all about O'Bama's membership in 1996 in a Socialist-type Party called the New Party. I happened to catch Conan last night & he gave more coverage to that ACORN stuff thatn the MSM news folks. What the hell is going on? All this stuff is out there sotto voce but will it add up to anything?

It is all going to come out over the next few weeks.

Here is a story that links to a number of different sources that demonstrates that Obama is a socialist. ABC, CBS, NBC, and CNN will not bother to tell you this as they are too busy up in Alaska looking for dirt on Palin.

http://www.humanevents.com/article.php?id=28948

Biden is not as much a socialist as Obama.
He probably would be, if he were not so busy being an idiot and racist.

"If he puts his hand over his heart, will the stock market go back up?"

More importantly, does Obama even care that the stock market is tanking.
As a card-carrying Socialist, he will probably abolish the NYSE, NASDAQ, and any other foundation of capitalism and replace it with the new U.S. Office of Domestic Bliss that will run Medicare, Medicaid, Social Security, food stamps, welfare, and healthcare.

Companies and people that actually produce wealth in this country will be enslaved so everyone can all get an equal share of the pie.

Fall is one time of year when we DON'T need ACORN!

CLEVELAND - Two Ohio voters, including Domino's pizza worker Christopher Barkley , claimed yesterday that they were hounded by the community-activist group ACORN to register to vote several times, even though they made it clear they'd already signed up.

MORE: E-Thief In Chains

MORE: Right: It's Loan-acy

WILL: RX For A Blowout

Barkley estimated he'd registered to vote "10 to 15" times after canvassers for ACORN, whose political wing has endorsed Barack Obama, relentlessly pursued him and others.

Claims such as his have sparked election officials to probe ACORN.

"I kept getting approached by folks who asked me to register," Barkley said. "They'd ask me if I was registered. I'd say yes, and they'd ask me to do it [register] again.

"Some of them were getting paid to collect names. That was their sob story, and I bought it," he said.

Barkley is one of at least three people who have been subpoenaed by the Cuyahoga County Board of Elections as part of a wider inquiry into possible voter fraud by ACORN. The group seeks to register low-income voters, who skew overwhelmingly Democratic.

"You can tell them you're registered as many times as you want - they do not care," said Lateala Goins, 21, who was subpoenaed.

"They will follow you to the buses, they will follow you home, it does not matter," she told The Post.

She added that she never put down an address on any of the registration forms, just her name.

A third subpoenaed voter, Freddie Johnson, 19, filled out registration cards 72 times over 18 months, officials said.

"It feeds the public perception that there could be [fraud], and that makes the pillars fall down," said local Board of Elections President Jeff Hastings.

Registering under a fake name is illegal. But officials usually catch multiple registrations and toss them.

The major risk of fraud growing out of mass canvassing involves the possibility of ineligible voters filing absentee ballots, and thus avoiding checks at polling places, said Republican National Committee chief counsel Sean Cairncross.

The subpoenas come as Republicans have ramped up criticism of ACORN. Officials in Nevada raided ACORN's Las Vegas office Tuesday, accusing the group of signing people up multiple times - in some cases under phony names, like those of Dallas Cowboys.

ACORN's Cleveland spokesman, Kris Harsh, said his group collected 100,000 voter-registration cards; only about 50 were questionable, he claimed.

As for workers, "We watch them like a hawk," he said.

I know Sarah Palin kicked ass in that debate last week but this is ri-goddam-diculous!

If Sarah Palin had made just one of the wildly inaccurate statements smugly uttered by Sen. Joe Biden in last week's vice presidential debate, there would have been 3-inch headlines in newspapers across America. (I can almost hear Katie Couric asking me, "Which newspapers?")

These weren't insignificant errors, such as when Biden said, "Look, all you have to do is go down Union Street with me in Wilmington or go to Katie's restaurant or walk into Home Depot with me where I spend a lot of time, and you ask anybody in there whether or not the economic and foreign policy of this administration has made them better off in the last eight years."

It turns out that Katie's restaurant, where Biden gets his feel for the average American, closed 20 years ago. The only evidence that he spends any time in Home Depot is that it appears that a pipe wrench fell on his head one too many times.

Palin would surely have been forced to withdraw from the ticket had she said something like that, but most of Biden's errors were not trifling mistakes like these. They were lengthy Lyndon LaRouche-like disquisitions that were pure fantasy from beginning to end.

For example, Biden said about Hezbollah: "When we kicked -- along with France -- we kicked Hezbollah out of Lebanon." Hezbollah was never kicked out of Lebanon.

He continued: "I said and Barack said, 'Move NATO forces in there. Fill the vacuum, because if you don't, Hezbollah will control it.'" This is madness -- Lebanon is not a NATO country, nor had any NATO country been attacked by Lebanon.

Somebody please tell me that Biden wasn't picked for the Democrat ticket based on his knowledge of foreign policy.

Biden also stoutly denied that Obama ever said he would sit down with Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad. Liberals find it hilarious that McCain can't use a computer keyboard on account of his war injuries, but Biden is apparently unaware of the Internet, because there are clips all over the Internet of Obama saying exactly that during the CNN/YouTube debate last year.

Biden might have remembered that debate since: (1) He was there, and (2) he later attacked Obama's answer, telling the National Press Club in August 2007: "Would I make a blanket commitment to meet unconditionally with the leaders of each of those countries within the first year I was elected president? Absolutely, positively, no."

And that's still not all! Obama's own Web site says: "Obama supports tough, direct presidential diplomacy with Iran without preconditions."

Somebody please tell me that Biden wasn't picked for the Democrat ticket based on his ability to remember well-known facts.

Biden also gave a long speech at the debate on vice president Dick Cheney's "dangerous" belief that "he's part of the legislative branch." The great constitutional scholar Biden cited Article I of the Constitution as proof that Cheney "works in the executive branch" and has "no authority relative to the Congress." Biden huffily added: "He should understand that. Everyone should understand that."

Palin would have had to deny that Alaska is a state in the union in order to say something comparably stupid.

Article II, not I, describes the executive branch. Someone tell Biden, who is supposed to be a lawyer. Apart from getting the Articles of the Constitution mixed up, what on earth does Biden mean when he says that the vice president "has no authority relative to Congress," apart from breaking ties?

The Constitution makes him president of the senate every day of the week. I realize that Biden may not be able to count to two, but Article I says the vice president is president of one of the two houses of Congress -- the one Biden is in, for crying out loud -- which is what you might call "authority relative to Congress."

Somebody please tell me that Biden wasn't picked for the Democrat ticket based on his knowledge of the Constitution.

In one especially hallucinatory answer, Biden authoritatively stated: "With Afghanistan, facts matter, Gwen. ... We spend more money in three weeks on combat in Iraq than we spent on the entirety of the last seven years that we have been in Afghanistan building that country."

According to the Congressional Research Service, since 9/11, we've spent $172 billion in Afghanistan and $653 billion in Iraq. The most money spent in Iraq came in 2008, when we have been spending less than $3 billion a week. So by Biden's calculations, we've spent only about $9 billion "on the entirety of the last seven years that we have been in Afghanistan building that country." There isn't even a "9" in $172 billion.

Somebody please tell me that Biden wasn't picked for the Democrat ticket based on his knowledge of math.

In the same answer, Biden went on to claim that "John McCain voted against a comprehensive nuclear test ban treaty that every Republican has supported."

The last nuclear test ban treaty the Senate voted on was the one Clinton signed in the '90s. As The New York Times editorialized on the Senate vote a few years later: "Last week, Senate Republicans thundered 'no' to the nuclear test ban treaty, handing the White House its biggest defeat since health care in 1994." Forty-nine Republicans voted against the treaty; only four liberal Republicans voted for it. That's the treaty Biden says "every Republican has supported."

Somebody please tell me that Biden wasn't picked for the Democrat ticket based on his ability to function as vice president.

what George Bush has done to America, Osama bin Laden could only have ever dreamed of.

McCain and Palin are only good for entertainment value for a few more weeks. Then it will be President Obama who takes the stage.

The racists will be outraged at this but most Americans will relieved to get rid of Bush and his cronies.

I am just so stunned that people are so blind as to what is going on here. We have a media that is blatantly in the tank for one candidate. We have stories about that same candidate that would have immediatly disqualified him in years past. We have a group that is tied to this candidate that is now under investigation by the FBI for massive voter fraud in over a dozen states. We have associates of this candidate that are shielded from the eyes of the public by the press. The surrogates for this candidate are trying to sidestep any and all questions about these associates by implying everything from racism to "desperate political stunts".

On the other hand we have another candidate that tried to stop this economic death spiral in it's tracks over two years ago. This candidate was stopped cold by the other candidate's party. All the while money was changing hands fast and loose behind closed doors. Guess which candidate was getting greased behind these closed doors? Guess which party was running these institutions that have caused all this economic turmoil? Guess which candidate is getting blamed for it? The same one that tried to stop it years ago!

Obama and the media are trying to steal this election by manipulation of the news and by the propping up of lies that an uniformed public are too gulible to fact check on their own. Anyone that votes for Barrack Obama that truly knows his back story is an idiot.

The far left has already hijacked the Democrat Party and now they are desperately trying to steal the whole country. Wake up! Read!

Read about Barrack Obama! Read about his real beliefs. Read his own damned books! He spells it out. He's a Marxist. Read about Saul Alinsky. Read about William Ayers! Read about the Annenberg Challenge! Read about Tony Rezko! Read about ACORN! Reade about Franklin Raines! Read about James Johnson! Read about Reverand Wright! Just fucking read! Don't let partisan anger guide the way you vote. Read!

RE: "No matter who wins, America will "be rid of" Bush & his cronies. Some people need to think more logically when posting."

Sounds like what you are trying to say is that by voting for either McCain or Obama, that no matter who wins, things will be different in the same way, as if one change is as good as another.

Then on the other hand, it is suggested a change to Obama would be disastrous.... so there is an admitted difference after all.

Well, my view is this.... swapping one republican administration for another does not lend much credence to the assertion 'one change is as good as another' either. If McCain wins, most of the current hangers on, arms dealers, Christian right loonies, oil tycoons, war profiteers, corporate robber barons and other assorted high end tax dodgers etc etc etc will still be in business as usual. All the strings will be pulled in all the usual ways. Only the puppet will have changed.

THAT my friend is the logic.
