besides the benching of TJack, minnesotans have something wonderful to celebrate. tomorrow morning at 6 AM, the 35W bridge across the mississippi will open, about three months ahead of schedule (which will earn the construction company an extra 27 million). it is an engineering wonder that will last 100 years, or so they say. it is light rail, SUV and wheelchair accessible.

moonie and i have plans to down a quart of jack and moon pawlenty as he cuts the ribbon. if anyone cares to join us, PM me immediately.
