hi pam

it is a form of basketball played almost exclusively by women and is played pretty much only by Commonwealth countries as i understand it - it is actually quite athletic, skilfull and physically demanding but it is strictly non-contact and because it is also mostly a woman's sport it is ,natuarly enough, considered effeminate.
