The Brady IR may have been the most shattering injury in league history. All the injuries begs for a shorter pre-season and expanded rosters by 2-4 players.
[/quote]

How about 2 preseason games and 17 regular season games - the odd game occurs between the closest team (geographically) from the other conference.  So Eagles play Steelers, Ravens/Skins, Giants/Jets, 49ers/Raiders, etc., and on the years their divisions play each other, play the next nearest team.   Would make for a fun rivalry if these teams played more often than once every four years, no?

I say let the Bengals play the Lions till they both win more than 25% of their games, or until 2030, whichever comes first.

Falcons have their biggest test of the year Sunday vs. The Saints
Not a quality win game, however, one of our biggest rivals
Matt Ryan has stepped up for a rookie qb
Connecting with WR out of the chute will be huge
Saints, despite their record, are still a team who is explosive,
coached well, are good in all three phases of the game.
We will have our hands full

We can only play one team at a time.

What a dog crap matchup...And with the NFL network hard to get in a lot of places,I think a test pattern would get higher ratings than this game. will ya 2

Don't think I want to touch that one. Steelers look good and I can't stand the Cowboys....I might lay the 3.

Does any true Stones fan like the Cowboys?  I think not.

Anyway Pitt is going for win 10 Saturday.  They already have nine.  The first time since a quarterback whose first name is Dan did it 25 years ago.

the cowboys-steelers game is bound to be a good match and i will be flipping back and forth between this one and the jets-san fran game.  mike fransesa seems to think the cowboys threw their weight around for two win games, but their time is done.  he says no way they they will win tomorrow.

everybody say ow

Are you fucking serious?

Anybody doin' well in their FF leagues?  One of my team's playoffs start tomorrow (with Favre aka schizo-QB in the lineup  Ouch!), and the other needs to win to make it there...my play of the week: any RB going against the Lions!  (1st thru 3rd string)

Some goon named "Tashard" is starting.  His parent didn't do a lot of thinking on that one.  At least throw a Q in, for Christ's sakes.

Big game.  Big goddam game.  I think I'll head to the bar early, for mojoistic purposes.
