Ive paid good money to see over 50 shows since 1972. They never listen to me either.

For as much as Scorsese says he's a fan of the Stones, he didn't know what instrument is the first one you hear at a Stones show. A lot of fake drama was in that movie about 'Where do I place the camera?"

We all know the answer, and Marty knew it too. He just needed to create some tension for the narrative's sake. It obviously won't be the bass guitar, or the keyboard.

I would imagine that first typed out list is proposed songs by Scorsese and his people.

Most of them are songs that the Stones have either never played or havent performed in a very long time.

I cant imagine the Stones would be listing about a dozen 'obscurities' as Jagger likes to call them as possible selections for a movie - especially unplayed stuff like Winter, Sweet Neocon or Too Much Blood
