Hello, friends!
GTRM, whenever you finally get hold of that fancy time-travelling machine with the in-built chilled chiba-dispenser just ring me, and we'll see Iggy together in the 80's, is that a deal, gal???

Iggy I found amusing, but the music didn't make me smile, if you know what I mean...
And yes, GTRM, I consider myself extremely lucky, it's just like Ade put it, a real salt-of-the-earth man and a fantastic performer! Still very active, he insisted in clambering amongst the gallery and circles of the theatre, didn't sound out of breath at all, I would have guessed him to be about mid-fifties from the way he looks, and my seats were absolute nose-bleed, BUT I took my hubby's Swarovski binoculars and it felt I could have touched him by just reaching out...Thank God the Bridgewater Hall has the most fantastic acoustic and is fairly small,so it was a real delight . By the way: DOES HE ALWAYS WEAR TWO TOTALLY DIFFERENT SHOES??? Perhaps just an old-age excentricity....
Don't think he played "champagne and reefer" FOTP, but I'm sure some geek has posted a setlist somewhere.... SV and GTRM: listen to Parmeda, you gotta try and see him, God only knows "the good ones" seem to be dropping like flies lately, very sad....
